Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Vitreon, a product built and operated by Tigris Tech Labs. By using Vitreon, a business and its staff agree to them.

The service

Vitreon runs the website, marketing, and day-to-day operations for a single local business. It reads what a business connects to it and proposes actions; a person always approves before anything goes out. Vitreon does not send email or SMS through its own infrastructure — messages go out through the business's own connected account, under their name and reputation. Vitreon does not process payments; where it reads sales data (for example from Stripe or Square), that access is read-only.

Accounts and responsibility

The business owner is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, for the accounts they connect, for who on their staff has access, and for keeping their login credentials secure. Actions taken under a staff member's login are the business's responsibility.

Acceptable use

Vitreon may not be used to send unsolicited bulk messages, to violate a connected provider's (Google, Microsoft, and similar) own terms of service, or for any unlawful purpose.

Your data

A business owns its own business data and its own customers' data. Vitreon processes that data on the business's behalf to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and does not claim ownership of it.

Third-party services

Where Vitreon connects to a third-party service — Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, or a payments or commerce provider — that service's own terms also apply to a business's use of it. Vitreon is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services it connects to.

Disclaimers

Vitreon is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

A business may stop using Vitreon and disconnect its accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product changes. We'll post changes here.
